摘 要:结合上海乐高乐园度假区项目钻孔灌注桩施工,针对软弱地层中成孔困难及护壁泥浆残留对桩基承载力的不良影响,介绍了一种软弱地层钢筋混凝土膜袋灌注桩施工技术,“双管同步清孔+膜袋注浆加固”的复合工法的应用降低了施工过程桩孔坍塌风险,提高了施工效率,灌注桩桩体成桩效果好,有效提高了灌注桩的承载力,取得了很好的技术、经济及社会效益。Based on the bored pile construction in the Shanghai LEGOLAND Resort project,this article introduces a construction technology for reinforced concrete membrane bag cast-in-place piles in soft ground.To address the challenges of drilling holes in soft strata and the negative impact of residual slurry on the bearing capacity of pile foundations,we have adopted specific construction techniques.The application of the composite construction method of “double-pipe synchronous hole cleaning and membrane bag grouting reinforcement” has reduced the risk of pile hole collapse during the construction process,enhanced construction efficiency,and resulted in effective pile formation,thereby significantly improving the bearing capacity of the cast-in-place piles.These techniques have yielded significant technical,economic,and social benefits.
