摘 要:针对江心洲污水二通道盾构工程中管片拼装技术问题,设计并实施了一种新型承插式管片结构。与传统的螺栓式连接相比,承插式技术在极端工况下展示了更优的稳定性和可靠性。研究通过实地应用分析,指出了在负环和正环拼装阶段所面临的具体挑战,并提出了相应的改进措施。增加辊架、L型铁和T型铁片可以提高负环拼装精度,但建议在正常掘进过程中取消使用L型铁,以避免对管片受力的不利影响。此外,介绍了采用树脂锚固胶增强管片连接稳定性的方法。结果表明,承插式管片能有效提升工程质量,尤其在提高管片对接精度、防止管片上浮、控制浮椭圆度和防渗漏水等方面表现出较传统方法更优的性能。此项技术的成功应用,为类似的隧道工程提供了新的解决方案和参考。Addressing the segment assembly technology issues in the shield tunneling project of the Jiangxinzhou sewage secondary channel,a novel segment with socket joint structure was designed and implemented.Compared to traditional bolted connections,the segment with socket joint technology demonstrated superior stability and reliability under extreme conditions.Through field application analysis,the study identified specific challenges faced during the assembly stages of the negative and positive rings and proposed corresponding improvement measures.The addition of roller frames,L-shaped irons,and T-shaped iron pieces can enhance the assembly precision of the negative ring.However,it is recommended to discontinue the use of L-shaped irons during normal tunneling to avoid adverse effects on the segment stress.Moreover,this study introduces the method of using resin anchor adhesive to enhance the stability of segment connections.The results indicate that the segments with socket joints can effectively improve project quality,especially in enhancing segment alignment precision,preventing segment flotation,controlling float ovality,and preventing water leakage,showing superior performance compared to traditional methods.The successful application of this technology provides new solutions and references for similar tunnel projects.
