摘　　要：现代化企业经营和发展中全面预算管理具有重要地位和影响。尤其是现阶段企业战略、业务发展均与全面预算管理产生密切联系,直接决定企业成本控制和盈利发展。文章论述中以S油田分公司为例,对企业全面预算管理内容进行分析。希望通过研究,可以加强企业全面预算管理水平,有利于进行成本控制,对企业盈利及可持续发展提供保障。Comprehensive budget management holds an important position and influence in the operation and development of modern enterprises.Especially at this stage,the company strategy and business development are closely linked to comprehensive budget management,which directly determines the companys cost control and prof it development.This paper takes the S oilf ield branch an example to analyze the comprehensive budget management content of the enterprise.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,the level of comprehensive budget management of enterprise can be strengthened,which is conducive to cost control and provides a guarantee for the company.
