摘　　要：油气是国家经济社会发展的基础与关键,行业安全至关重要。基于此,油气田企业纷纷建立符合行业要求的HSE管理体系,以自身实际业务为出发点,建立HSE动态知识库,以提升企业安全管理能力。文章首先探讨了HSE动态知识库的建立,其次从岗位责任、能力、行为、爱好等各方面与HSE动态进行关联,最后通过数据分析和机器学习算法,预测用户的兴趣和偏好,从而为用户提供个性化的推荐。Oil and gas is the foundation and key to the country’s economic and social development,and the safety of the industry is of paramount importance.Based on this,oil and gas field enterprises have established an HSE management system that meets the requirements of the industry,taking their own actual business as the starting point,and establishing a dynamic knowledge base of HSE in order to improve the safety management capability of the enterprise.This paper first discusses the establishment of a knowledge base of HSE dynamics,and then correlates it with HSE dynamics in terms of job responsibilities,competencies,behaviors,and hobbies,and finally,through data analysis and machine learning algorithms,it predicts the interests and preferences of the users so as to provide personalized recommendations for the users.
