摘　　要：结直肠癌(CRC)是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率及病死率在所有癌症中位于前列,并呈增长趋势。肺转移是CRC患者常见的转移部位和死亡的主要原因,近年来受到研究人员的广泛关注。因肺部炎性改变形成的肿瘤炎症微环境在CRC肺转移过程中发挥重要作用。本文通过对肺部肿瘤炎症微环境中相关免疫细胞、细胞因子及信号通路进行综述,有助于了解肺部肿瘤炎症微环境中炎症因子对CRC肺转移的作用机制,为CRC肺转移的预防和治疗提供更多参考。Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the common malignant tumors.Its incidence rate and mortality are in the forefront among all cancers,and show an increasing trend.Lung metastasis is a common metastatic site and the main cause of death in CRC patients,which has received extensive attention from researchers in recent years.The tumor inflammatory microenvironment formed by lung inflammatory changes plays an important role in the process of lung metastasis of CRC.This article reviews the related immune cells,cytokines and signaling pathways in the lung tumor inflammatory microenvironment,which helps to understand the mechanism of inflammatory factors on lung metastasis of CRC in the lung tumor inflammatory microenvironment,and provides more reference for the prevention and treatment of lung metastasis of CRC.
