摘 要:乘用车车轮紧固后在外载工况下会发生转矩损失的情况。基于不同工况试验的设计,明确紧固螺栓转矩损失并非由螺栓发生角位移所致。确认各工况试验中螺栓转矩损失主要由螺栓受温度影响所致。通过螺栓转矩复紧操作可以有效地保持车轮螺栓预紧力和转矩要求,同时明确车轮螺栓与孔锥面制造公差也是影响紧固转矩损失的主要因素。Vehicle wheel bolt toque decreases after bolt is fastened under external load conditions.Based on the design of different test conditions,it is determined that the torque loss is not caused by the angular displacement of wheel bolt,but due to the temperature increase of bolt.It is clarified that the bolt refastened operation can effectively maintain the pre-tightening force and torque specification of the wheel bolts,and the manufacturing tolerance of the wheel bolts and hole are the main factors affecting the loss of blot tightening torque as well.
