摘 要:[目的]地铁圆形隧道铺轨前,如果轨下净空较小将导致隧道内排水沟无法按标准几何形位施工。在区间缓坡段做顺坡处理容易导致积水,而对道床结构及排水沟做特殊设计将使得水沟路径曲折,同样容易导致排水不畅,且对道床结构强度有一定影响。需开展调坡设计,以确保圆形隧道排水沟可按标准几何形位施工。[方法]基于内径5 400 mm的单洞单线圆形隧道及长枕式整体道床侧向排水沟,分别对直线地段、实测隧道偏移方向与设计偏移方向一致的曲线地段、实测隧道偏移方向与设计偏移方向相反的曲线地段,提出保证排水沟能按标准几何形位施工所需最小轨道下部净空的计算公式;在轨上净空容许范围内进行优化调坡;将调坡后轨下净空与确保排水沟能按标准几何形位施工所需最小轨下净空进行对比,验证所提调坡设计方法的可靠性。[结果及结论]工程实例验证结果表明:优化调坡后,轨道适当上抬,轨下净空满足确保排水沟能按标准几何形位施工所需最小轨下净空要求,排水沟可按标准几何形位施工,排水沟底部坡度与轨面坡度一致,排水通畅,验证了所提调坡设计方法的可靠性。[Objective] Prior to track laying in a circular subway tunnel,if the clearance under the tracks is insufficient,it will prevent drainage ditches from being constructed according to standard geometric shapes and positions.The smooth slope treatment in gentle interval slope section is prone to water accumulation,and special designs for the track bed structure and drainage ditches may result in tortuous ditch paths,which can also lead to poor drainage and have a certain impact on the track bed structure strength.Therefore,a slope adjustment design is required to ensure that circular tunnel drainage ditches can be constructed according to the standard geometric shape and position.[Method] Based on a single hole single line circular tunnel with an inner diameter of 5 400 mm and a lateral drainage ditch of the long sleeper monolithic track bed,to ensure the drainage ditch being constructed according to the standard geometric shape and position,calculation formulas for the minimum track clearance required are proposed respectively for straight and curved sections,where the actual measured tunnel deviation direction is consistent with the designed offset deviation direction,and for curved sections where the actual measured tunnel deviation direction is opposite to the designed offset deviation direction;slope adjustment is optimized within the allowable range of the clearance on the track.To verify the reliability of the proposed slope adjustment design method,the clearance under the track after slope adjustment is compared with the minimum clearance under the track required to ensure that drainage ditches being constructed according to the standard geometric shape.[Result & Conclusion] Verification results of the engineering case show that after optimizing the slope adjustment,the track is properly raised,and the clearance under the track meets the minimum clearance required for drainage ditches construction according to the standard geometric shape and position.Thus,the drainage ditches can be constructed according to
