摘 要:[目的]盾构隧道设计时常忽略复合地层条件下地层纵向差异对隧道结构产生的影响,造成了结构设计尽管在短期内可满足建设要求而长远来看很难达到服役年限的问题。对此,有必要开展考虑在纵向地层差异条件下管片结构参数变化的隧道力学特性研究。[方法]依托南宁地铁5号线复合地层盾构隧道工程,建立三维纵向数值模型,计算复合地层下的隧道结构力学响应,分析管片幅宽、纵向螺栓强度及螺栓数量对隧道力学特性的影响。[结果及结论]地层突变对隧道力学行为的影响范围与隧道的整体纵向刚度有关。增加管片宽度和纵向螺栓数量会扩大隧道力学行为的影响范围,但螺栓等级对此影响不大。大幅宽管片能有效减小结构整体纵向刚度,但会增大内力响应;与提高螺栓等级相比,增加纵向螺栓数量对隧道结构整体纵向刚度的提升更明显,且结构变形更小。[Objective] The influence of longitudinal stratum differences on tunnel structure under complex strata conditions is often ignored in shield tunnel design,resulting in the problem that although the structural design may meet construction requirements in the short term,it is difficult to achieve service life in the long term.Therefore,it is necessary to study the tunnel mechanical properties considering the changes in segment structural parameters under longitudinal stratum differences.[Method] Based on a composite strata shield tunnel project of Nanning Metro Line 5,a three-dimensional longitudinal numerical model is established to calculate the mechanical response of the tunnel structure in composite strata,and to analyze the influence of segment width,longitudinal bolt strength and number of bolts on the mechanical characteristics of the tunnel.[Result & Conclusion] The influence range of strata mutation on the tunnel mechanical behavior is related to the overall longitudinal stiffness of the tunnel.Increasing segment width and the number of longitudinal bolts will expand the influence range of the tunnel mechanical behavior,but the bolt grade has little effect on this.A wide segment can effectively reduce the overall longitudinal stiffness of the structure,but increase the internal force response;compared with increasing the bolt grade,increasing the number of longitudinal bolts can more significantly improve the overall longitudinal stiffness of the tunnel structure and result in smaller structural deformation.
