摘　　要：I've been on a detox cleanse for the past month,and it's been working so well that Tve shed about 5 kilos so far and am feeling better than I have in years.By eliminating foods that are heavy in oil and spices,IVe noticed t±iat my palette has become accustomed to more bland flavor profiles and the authentic flavors of ingredients without the use of heavy seasonings.So,has it been a month of boiled chicken breasts?Heck no!Chinese cuisine has some incredibly healthy options that are hearty and tasty.One of my childhood favorite breakfast dishes has been making steady appearances during my mealtimes this past month-northeastern Chinese dachazi.Growing up,this was my epitome of a country-style dish.It’s never found in fancy restaumnts or at important meals.
