摘　　要：目的:探究左乙拉西坦对神经发育障碍共患癫痫样放电儿童认知及脑电图的影响。方法:选择2019年1月—2023年6月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的100例神经发育障碍共患癫痫样放电患儿,按随机数字表法分两组,各50例。对照组予以硫必利、氟哌啶醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合左乙拉西坦治疗。比较两组脑电图改善情况、癫痫发生率、认知功能、生活质量及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组脑电图改善总有效率较对照组高,癫痫发生率较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组认知功能、生活质量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组盖泽尔发育诊断量表(GDDS)、儿童生活质量普适性核心评定量表(PedsQL4.0)各维度评分均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左乙拉西坦治疗神经发育障碍共患癫痫样放电患儿效果显著,可改善脑电图,降低癫痫发作风险,促进认知功能及生活质量改善,且安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effects of Levetiracetam on cognition and electroencephalography in children with neurodevelopmental disorder comorbidities epileptiform discharges.Method:A total of 100 clinical children with neurodevelopmental disorder comorbidities epileptiform discharges treated in Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tiapride and Haloperidol,and the observation group was treated with Levetiracetam on the basis of control group.The improvement of electroencephalography,incidence of epilepsy,cognitive function,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of improvement electroencephalography in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the incidence of epilepsy was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in cognitive function and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of Gesell development diagnosis scale(GDDS)and the pediatric quality of life inventory version 4.0 generic core scale(PedsQL4.0)in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Levetiracetam has a significant effect on treating children with neurodevelopmental disorder comorbidities epileptiform discharges,it can improve electroencephalogram,reduce the risk of epileptic seizures,promote cognitive function and improve quality of life,and has high safety.
