华蟾素胶囊联合富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯对肝癌患者肝功能的改善效果

摘　　要：目的:探究华蟾素胶囊联合富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯对肝癌患者的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年1月萍乡市第二人民医院收治的84例肝癌患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。其中对照组采用富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用华蟾素胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、乙型肝炎病毒基因(HBV-DNA)、肝功能指标[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)]及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组HBV-DNA水平低于对照组,肝区疼痛、神疲乏力、纳呆食少及肝肿大评分均低于对照组,ALT、AST及GGT水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:华蟾素胶囊联合富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯治疗肝癌患者效果较好,不仅可减轻临床症状,促进肝功能的改善,降低HBV-DNA水平,还不会增加不良反应。Objective:To explore the effect of Huachansu Capsules combined with Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate on patients with liver cancer.Method:A total of 84 patients with liver cancer admitted to Pingxiang Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate,and the observation group was treated with Huachansu Capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,hepatitis B virus gene(HBV-DNA),liver function indexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),glutamyltransferase(GGT)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the HBV-DNA level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the scores of liver pain,fatigue,low eating and liver enlargement were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of ALT,AST and GGT were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huachansu Capsules combined with Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate has a good effect in the treatment of liver cancer patients,which can not only alleviate clinical symptoms,promote the improvement of liver function,reduce the level of HBV-DNA,and do not increase adverse reactions.
