摘　　要：结直肠癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率在全球范围内位居恶性肿瘤第三位,死亡率高居第二位,且发现时多属于晚期,对患者的生命健康造成了极大威胁。免疫检查点抑制剂的出现,为晚期结直肠癌患者的全身系统治疗带来了新的契机,展现出良好的应用前景,目前已成为一种新的治疗策略。本文旨在对免疫检查点抑制剂治疗晚期结直肠癌的研究现状和进展做一综述。Colorectal cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the digestive system,the incidence of malignant tumors in the world ranks the third,the death rate is the second,and most of the discovery is late,causing a great threat to the life and health of patients.The emergence of immune checkpoint inhibitors has brought a new opportunity for systemic treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer,showing a good application prospect,and has become a new therapeutic strategy.This article aims to review the research status and progress of immune checkpoint inhibitors in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
