摘　　要：经颅磁刺激技术(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)作为一种无创神经调控技术,具有无痛、无创、安全性高、副作用小等优点,为神经系统疾病及精神类疾病的治疗提供了新的选择。随着技术的不断发展和完善,TMS已被广泛应用于神经系统疾病和精神疾病的治疗与研究中,本文就经TMS在痉挛型脑瘫儿童运动功能康复中的最新研究进展做一综述,旨为临床工作提供参考。Transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS),as a non-invasive neuromodulation technology,has the advantages of being painless,non-invasive,safe,and with few side effects,which provides a new option for the treatment of neurological and psychiatric diseases.With the continuous development and improvement of the technology,TMS has been widely used in the treatment and research of neurological diseases and psychiatric disorders.This paper presents a review of the latest research progress of TMS in the rehabilitation of motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy,it aims to provide a reference for clinical work.
