摘  要:负载口独立双阀芯阀液压系统中PID控制参数与系统工况及运行时间不匹配。针对此问题,提出一种基于Arxqs模型的负载口独立双阀芯阀液压系统辨识方法。根据机制建模法建立负载口独立双阀芯阀液压系统的传递函数模型,为系统辨识提供参考模型;通过阀控制器对主阀芯位移施加正弦信号,得到输入输出变量并进行系统辨识。采用Arxqs模型进行辨识时,系统辨识输出与实际输出的适应度为96.49%。根据辨识结果整定PID控制器参数,对主阀芯分别进行正弦波跟随和阶跃响应实验。结果表明:由辨识得到的控制器参数对主阀芯位移具有较好的控制效果,在正弦波跟随过程中,当幅值为1.5 mm时,存在24.5°的相位滞后和6.8%的幅值衰减;当幅值为0.5 mm时,存在38.7°的相位滞后和13.2%幅值衰减;在阶跃响应过程中,主阀芯位移具有较短的调节时间和较低的超调量。The PID control parameters in the dual-spool independent metering valve hydraulic system do not match with the working condition and running time of the system.Aiming at this problem,an identification method based Arxqs model for dual-spool independent metering valve hydraulic system was proposed.According to the mechanism modeling method,the transfer function model of dual-spool independent metering valve hydraulic system was obtained,which could provide a reference model for system identification.The sinusoidal signal was applied to the main valve spool displacement through valve controller,and the input and output variables were obtained for system identification.When Arxqs model was used for identification,the fitness between the system identification output and the actual output was 96.49%.According to the identification results,PID controller parameters were adjusted and sine-wave and step response experiments were carried out on the main valve spool respectively.The results show that the identified controller parameters have a good control effect on the main valve spool displacement.During the sine-wave response,when the amplitude is 1.5 mm,there is a phase lag of 24.5°and an amplitude attenuation of 6.8%;when the amplitude is 0.5 mm,there is a phase lag of 38.7°and an amplitude attenuation of 13.2%.In the step response,the main valve spool displacement has a shorter adjustment time and a lower overshoot.
