RP-3和RP-5燃油液膜破碎与二次雾化特性对比研究

摘  要:为探究某型离心喷嘴雾化特性,采用流体体积法(VOF)与自适应加密网格技术并结合试验,开展了燃油物性及流量对液膜破碎特征、气液两相分布以及全场粒子的粒径和速度分布的影响研究。结果表明:RP-5和RP-3燃油的喷嘴液膜破碎细节一致,长液带结构占比较高,完整液膜结构较短;随着燃油流量增加,RP-5和RP-3燃油的气液两相分布变化规律一致,空气涡由喷口逐渐向旋流室内发展;RP-5燃油的雾化锥角与液膜厚度均要高于RP-3燃油;在不同截面粒径主要集中在60μm附近,RP-5燃油截面索太尔平均直径(SMD)值高于RP-3燃油,截面SMD值最大差异约24.4%,粒径大于60μm粒子区间的平均速度RP-5燃油明显高于RP-3燃油;与试验结果相比,相同压力下燃油流量相对误差小于5%,雾化锥角相对误差小于3.1%,SMD相对误差小于8%。In order to explore the atomization characteristics of a certain type of pressure-swirl atomizer,the effects of fuel physical properties and flow rate on the characteristics of liquid film fragmentation,the two-phase distribution of gas and liquid,and the particle size and velocity distribution of particle in the whole field were studied by using volume of fluid method(VOF)and adaptive mesh refinement technology combined with ex-periments.The results show that the details of nozzle liquid film fragmentation of RP-5 and RP-3 fuels are consis-tent,the structure of long liquid belt is relatively high,and the structure of complete liquid film is short.With the increase of fuel flow,the gas-liquid two-phase distribution of RP-5 and RP-3 fuels changed consistently,and the air vortex gradually developed from the spout to the swirl chamber.However,the spray cone angle and liquid film thickness of RP-5 fuel are higher than those of RP-3 fuel.The particle size of different cross sections is main-ly concentrated near 60µm,the cross section SMD value of RP-5 fuel is higher than that of RP-3 fuel,and the maximum difference of cross section SMD value is about 24.4%.The average speed of RP-5 fuel with diameter greater than 60µm is significantly higher than that of RP-3 fuel.Compared with the test results,the fuel flow rel-ative error is less than 5%,the spray cone angle relative error is less than 3.1%,and the SMD relative error is less than 8%under the same pressure.
