共生理论视域下提升教师家庭教育指导效能的路径探索

摘  要:在家校社一体化协同育人体系中,教师作为家庭教育指导服务的主要提供者,其家庭教育指导能力是提升家庭教育指导效能的关键,其能力的提升对优化家庭教育环境、促进孩子健康成长具有重要意义。据此,基于共生理论的分析框架,本文围绕共生单元、共生模式、共生环境以及共生界面等结构要素,建构提升教师家庭教育指导效能的共生系统,以此审视该系统的现实困境:多元主体共生意识不强,导致家庭教育指导的协同力度不足;共生模式松散削弱了教师家庭教育指导的协同效能;政策与文化的运行机制不完备制约教师家庭教育指导的共生效能;共生界面不畅阻碍了家庭教育指导资源的合理流动与有效共享;共生系统内各利益主体尚未形成协同互惠的共生系统。教育生态系统要回应教师提升家庭教育指导能力的需求,实现协同育人旨归,亟待学校、家庭、社会等各要素树立共生理念,并从优化共生模式、健全共生环境、打通共生渠道等路径推动共生系统的建设与优化,助推家庭教育事业高质量发展。In the home-school-community integrated collaborative education system,teachers,as the main providers of family education guidance services,are the key to improve the effectiveness of family education guidance,and the improvement of their ability is of great significance to optimizing the family education environment and promoting the healthy growth of children.Accordingly,based on the analytical framework of symbiosis theory,this paper constructs a harmonious symbiosis system to improve the effectiveness of teachers’family education guidance around the structural elements such as symbiotic units,symbiotic models,symbiotic environments and symbiotic interfaces,and examines the practical dilemmas of the symbiotic system:the lack of symbiotic awareness of multiple subjects leads to insufficient synergy in family education guidance,the loose guidance of the symbiosis model weakens the synergistic effectiveness of teachers’family education guidance,and the incomplete operation mechanism of policy and culture restricts the synergistic effect of teachers’family education guidance.The poor symbiotic interface hinders the rational flow and effective sharing of family education guidance resources,and the stakeholders of the symbiotic system of family education guidance effectiveness have not yet formed a symbiotic system of synergy and reciprocity.In order to respond to the needs of teachers to improve their ability to guide family education and realize the purpose of collaborative education,it is urgent for schools,families,society and other elements to establish the concept of symbiosis,and promote the construction and optimization of the symbiosis system from the paths of optimizing the symbiosis model,improving the symbiotic environment,and opening up symbiotic channels,so as to promote the high-quality development of family education.
