摘  要:多维添加画技术是以心理投射为原理,通过不完整图形(如竖线、波浪线、曲线等)的刺激,引导画者添加完整或创作,以此解读画者心理的一种实用技术。将该技术结合心理健康普查、个体心理访谈、团体心理辅导等形式运用到高三学生心理调适工作中,为高三学生提供了一个独特的渠道,以便心理表达和自我探索,帮助他们减轻心理负担,提升心理调适能力和心理健康水平,助力学生积极应对高考,为学校心理健康教育工作开拓新的方向。The multidimensional additive drawing technique,based on the principle of psychological projection,involves stimulating individuals with incomplete graphics(such as vertical lines,wave lines,curves,etc.)to guide them in adding to or creating a complete image.This practical technique is used to interpret the psychology of the drawer.By integrating this technique with mental health surveys,individual psychological interviews,andgroup psychological counseling,it provides a unique channelfor Senior Three students to express their psychology and engagein self-exploration.Ithelps alleviate theirpsychological burden,enhances their ability to adjust psychologically,and improves their mental health,thereby assisting students in positively coping with the college entrance examination.This approach also opens up new directions for the further development of school mental health education.
