摘　　要：涉农高校培养拔尖创新人才对促进我国乡村全面振兴、生态文明建设以及高等农业教育发展均具有重要的意义。针对拔尖创新人才应具备的典型特质及其培养过程中存在的问题,进一步明确拔尖创新人才培养思路、优化拔尖创新人才培养模式、深化教学改革、加强对外合作交流、强化实践育人,着力培养具有深厚家国情怀、人文素养、创造性思维、创新意识、科研素养和创业能力的新型农林拔尖创新人才,并构建一套全方位、一体化拔尖创新人才培养保障与评价体系,确保涉农高校拔尖创新人才培养高质量、可持续发展。Training top innovative talents in agriculture-related colleges and and universities is of great significance to the overall revitalization of rural areas,the construction of ecological civilization and the promotion of higher agricultural education.In view of the typical characteristics of top innovative talents and the problems existing in the training process,colleges and universities related to agriculture should further clarify the train of thought of top innovative talents training,continuously optimize the training mode of top innovative talents,deepen teaching reform,strengthen foreign cooperation and exchanges,and strengthen practical education.Efforts should be made to cultivate agricultural top innovative talents with national feelings,humanistic qualities,creative thinking,innovation awareness,scientific research literacy and entrepreneurial ability,and to build a comprehensive and integrated top innovative talent training guarantee and evaluation system to ensure the sustainable development of top innovative talent training in agriculture-related colleges and universities.
