摘  要:黄炎培职教思想开创了我国职业教育的先河,职业指导是职业教育不可缺少的辅助教育之一。基于黄炎培职教思想厘定职业生涯教育概念的内涵与外延,梳理出我国职业生涯教育发展的基本脉络,将黄炎培职教思想中有关职业生涯教育内容总结概括为“初始陶冶,习惯养成”等七个方面,今昔对比,结合当下时代背景,得出构建“大中小一体化”职业生涯教育体系的一系列重要启示。Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought is pioneering in China's modern vocational education system,with career guidance serving as an indispensable component.Based on Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought,the connotation and extension of the concept of vocational education are determined,and the developmental trajectory of career education in China is traced.Huang's thought on career education is summarized into seven aspects,including"initial cultivation and habit formation."By comparing historical and contemporary contexts,this paper proposes critical insights for the career education system construction for primary-secondarytertiary integrated education.
