摘  要:建设高水平师资队伍是发展本科层次职业教育至关重要的举措。当前,我国本科层次职业学校师资队伍存在不同院校间差距较大,师资结构不合理,师资队伍科研能力不足,知名专家学者和高技能人才欠缺等问题。造成这些现象的主要原因有社会对职业教育的认同度不高,引才观念有待更新,校企合作机制不健全,管理体制机制不完善等。当前,需进一步强化认同,避免对职业教育的歧视,合理引才,优化师资力量,强化校企合作培训,提升师资专业素质能力,深化管理体制改革,健全师资工作机制,全面提升本科层次职业学校的师资队伍水平。Building a high-level faculty is a crucial measure for the development of vocational education at the bachelor's degree level.Currently,in China's vocational education institutions at the bachelor's degree level,there are significant disparities in faculty,including unreasonable faculty structure,insufficient research capabilities,and a shortage of well-known experts and highly-skilled personnel.The main reasons for these issues include low social recognition of vocational education,outdated concepts of attracting talents,an imperfect school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,and an incomplete management system.At present,it is necessary to take measures to address these issues.Firstly,enhance the social recognition of vocational education to avoid discrimination.Secondly,attract talents rationally and optimize the faculty composition.Thirdly,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation in training to enhance the professional qualities and capabilities of the faculty.Fourthly,deepen the reform of the management system and improve the faculty work mechanism,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of the faculty in vocational undergraduate institutions.
