新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识在新疆党校的生动实践

摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党的民族工作的主线,也是民族地区各项工作的主线。新疆党校是党培养各级领导干部的摇篮,是不断强化党员领导干部的“大熔炉”。在党校教学、科研和日常管理工作中,必须坚持以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,将铸牢中华民族共同体意识,和风细雨、润物无声、潜移默化地融入党校工作的各个环节,让党校成为新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要场域,发挥党校独有的思想引领作用,促使新疆各级党员领导干部在政治上思想上行动上与党中央和自治区党委保持高度一致,为新疆社会稳定和长治久安工作总目标做出新的伟大贡献。Consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation constitutes the main thread of the Party's eth-nic work in the new era and also serves as the overarching thread running through all work in ethnic-minority regions.The Party School of Xinjiang,as the cradle for the Party to cultivate leading cadres at all levels,functions as a"melting pot"for continuously strengthening Party-member leading cadres.The teaching,research,and daily management of the Party School must adhere to the main thread of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.This should be gradu-ally integrated into every aspect of the Party School's work,transforming the Party School into an important venue for forg-ing a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in the new era.It should play its unique role in ideological guid-ance,ensuring that Party members and leading cadres at all levels in Xinjiang maintain high consistency with the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Committee in terms of politics,ideology,and action,thus making new and significant contributions to the overall goal of maintaining social stability and achieving long-term peace and security in Xinjiang.
