新疆高职大学生心理健康状况与教育对策研究  

On the Mental Health Status and Educational Countermeasures of Higher Vocational College Students in Xinjiang

摘　　要：目的:调查新疆高职大学生心理健康现状,分析主要影响因素,提出改善对策。方法:采用中国大学生心理健康筛查量表对49658名新疆高职大学生进行调查。结果:(1)50.33%的学生心理健康状况良好,15.58%的学生存在潜在心理困扰,一般心理问题的检出率为18.47%,严重心理危机的检出率为15.62%,且各项指标标准分均显著高于全国大学生常模。(2)心理问题的检出上女性高于男性(χ^(2)=152.34,P<0.001),少数民族高于汉族(χ^(2)=119.79,P<0.001)。(3)适应困难、人际关系困扰、学业压力、就业压力、恋爱困扰均显著负向预测心理健康水平。结论:新疆高职大学生心理健康状况较全国大学生更差,尤其女性、少数民族等学生群体;压力是影响新疆高职大学生心理健康状况的重要因素,随着新疆高职大学生的压力水平增加,其出现心理问题的概率也在增加。The aim of this paper is to explore the current mental health status of vocational college students in Xinjiang,analyze the main influencing factors,and put forward improvement measures.A total of 49,658 vocational college students in Xinjiang were surveyed using the Chinese College Student Mental Health Screening Scale.The findings are as follows:(1)50.33%of the students exhibit good mental health conditions.15.58%of the students have potential psychological dis-tress,the detection rate of general psychological problems is 18.47%,and the detection rate of severe psychological crises is 15.62%.The standard scores of these indicators are significantly higher than the national norm indicators for college stu-dents.(2)The detection rate of psychological problems is higher among female students than male students(χ^(2)=152.34,P<0.001),and higher among ethnic minority students than Han students(χ^(2)=119.79,P<0.001).(3)Adaptation difficul-ties,interpersonal relationship problems,academic pressure,employment pressure,and love-related problems all signifi-cantly and negatively predict the mental health level.In summary,the mental health status of vocational college students in Xinjiang is worse than that of the national average for college students,especially among female and ethnic minority stu-dents.Stress is an important factor influencing the mental health status of vocational college students in Xinjiang.As the stress level of vocational college students in Xinjiang rises,the probability of developing psychological problems also in-creases.
