摘 要:设计了一种基于车载LiDAR系统的城市道路基础地理实体构建技术路线。以移动测量车所获取的点云数据为主、影像数据等为辅,在对源数据进行预处理的基础上,经过图元数据采集、属性信息采集、道路实体构建、语义化处理等步骤,实现了高精度的城市道路基础地理实体数据获取,为新型基础测绘建设的地理实体数据采集与更新提供了新的技术路径。相较于从地形图要素转换地理实体的方法,该方法不仅能同时获取二维和三维表达形式的道路实体数据,还有利于提高道路实体数据的空间精度和精细程度。通过对武汉市中心城区某实验区域的道路地理实体生产实践表明,所提出的方法是可行且有效的,所构建的道路地理实体成果已在新型基础测绘、市政道路调查、道路交通仿真等领域逐步推广应用。In this paper,we designed a technology route of urban road basic geographical entity construction based on vehicle-borne LiDAR.Based on the point cloud and image data obtained by the mobile measuring vehicle,we obtained the basic geographical entity data of urban roads with high accuracy through the steps of metadata collection,attribute information collection,road entity construction and semantic processing on the basis of source data processing,which could provide a new technical path for the collection and update of basic geo-entity data in the new basic surveying and mapping construction.Compared with the method of converting basic geographical entities by topographic map elements,this method can not only obtain road basic geographical entity in both 2D and 3D expression forms,but also improve the spatial accuracy and precision of road basic geographical entity data.Through the production practice of road geographical entities in an experimental area of Wuhan,we found that the method proposed in this paper was feasible and effective,and the constructed road geographical entities had been gradually applied in the fields of new basic surveying and mapping,municipal road survey,road traffic simulation and so on.
