摘　　要：介人方法有望成为治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌(MIBC)的新途径,但长期疗效欠佳,采用联合治疗十分必要。冷冻消融通过超低温冷冻病变组织而杀灭肿瘤,但其用于MIBC的安全性和疗效尚不明确。本文针对冷冻消融用于膀胱癌动物模型及人MIBC研究进展进行综述。Interventional therapy promises a novel treatment for muscle invasive bladder cancer(MIBC),but the long-term effect is limited,and combination therapy is necessary for MIBC.Cryoablation klls tumors by freezing tissue with ultra-low temperature,but its safety and efficacy for MIBC remains unclear.The research progresses in cryoablation for bladder cancer animal models and human MIBC were reviewed in this article.
