摘  要:常规的卷烟条包端部贴标技术主要采用运动学分析控制贴标机完成贴标,忽略了贴标过程中的时间误差,导致贴标位置精准度不高。因此,基于多传感器数据融合和蒙特卡洛定位,设计了一种新的卷烟条包端部贴标技术。通过多传感器数据融合,对卷烟条包的空间位置进行几何定位。卷烟条包端部的贴标步骤如下。首先,采用蒙特卡洛定位方法获得粒子群的高斯分布。接着,计算贴标过程的时间误差。然后,根据这些误差对卷烟条包端部贴标位置进行修正。最后,对定位结果进行识别,以确保贴标的准确性。试验结果表明:所提技术应用后,贴标精准度、质量均较高。该技术能够满足卷烟条包生产贴标环节的实际需求。Conventional cigarette packet end labeling technology mainly adopts kinematic analysis to control the labeling machine to complete the labeling,which ignores the time error in the labeling process,resulting in poor accuracy of the labeling position.Therefore,based on multi-sensor data fusion and Monte Carlo localization,a new labeling technology for cigarette packet end is designed.The spatial position of the cigarette packet is geometrically localized by multi-sensor data fusion.The labeling steps of the cigarette packet end are as follows.Firstly,the Monte Carlo localization method is used to obtain the Gaussian distribution of the particle swarm.Then,the time errors of the labeling process are calculated.Then,the labeling position of the cigarette packet end is corrected according to these errors.Finally,the localization results are identified to ensure the accuracy of the labeling.The test results show that after the proposed technology is applied,the labeling accuracy and quality are higher.This technology can meet the actual needs of labeling in the production of cigarette packet.
