摘 要:采用熏蒸剂(硫酰氟)对不同虫态的赤拟谷盗进行熏蒸,并进行毒力测定,研究熏蒸温度、硫酰氟质量浓度对赤拟谷盗卵及其孵化的一龄幼虫的熏蒸效果。结果表明:致死中浓度(LC_(50))和致死浓度(LC_(99))随着熏蒸温度降低而上升,其中杀卵比杀成虫所需硫酰氟的质量浓度更高。低温、低质量浓度硫酰氟加速了卵的孵化,缩短了卵的龄期。在低于20℃条件下熏蒸,并提高硫酰氟质量浓度至60 g/m^(3),硫酰氟杀卵及一龄幼虫的活性虽有所增加,但无法达到100%致死效果。在不增加熏蒸成本前提下,提高熏蒸温度是防治害虫、降低经济成本的有效方式。Fumigant(sulfuryl fluoride)was used to fumigate different insect stages of Tribolium castaneum,and toxicity tests were conducted to study the fumigation effects of fumigation temperature and sulfuryl fluoride mass concentration on Tribolium castaneum eggs and their hatched first instar larvae.The results showed that the lethal medium concentration(LC_(50))and lethal concentration(LC_(99))increased with the decrease of fumigation temperature,and higher mass concentrations of sulfuryl fluoride were required to kill eggs than adults.The low temperature and low mass concentration of sulfuryl fluoride accelerated the hatching of eggs,and shortened the ages of the eggs.When fumigating temperature at lower than 20℃and increasing the mass concentration of sulfuryl fluoride to 60 g/m^(3),the activity of sulfuryl fluoride to kill eggs and first instar larvae increased,but not 100%lethal.Raising the fumigation temperature was an effective way to control pests and reduce economic costs without increasing fumigation costs.
