摘 要:为探究羊尾油对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)睾酮合成的影响,将18只雄性SHR随机分为空白组、羊尾油组和菜籽油组,对比分析各组SHR血脂、睾丸总胆固醇、血清胆固醇合成相关酶、血清性激素和性激素合成相关基因表达的水平。结果显示:相较于菜籽油,羊尾油能提高角鲨烯合成酶(SQS)水平、SHR血清总胆固醇(TC)含量、胆固醇侧链裂解酶、细胞色素P45017A和17β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶基因相对表达量。表明羊尾油通过增加胆固醇合成中关键酶的活性,提高血清TC含量,为睾酮合成提供前体物质,并通过调控睾酮合成相关基因的表达,促进SHR睾酮合成。To investigate the effect of sheep tail oil on testosterone synthesis in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR),18 male SHRs were randomly divided into blank group,sheep tail oil group,and rapeseed oil group.The levels of blood lipids,testicular total cholesterol,serum cholesterol synthesis related enzymes,serum sex hormones,and sex hormone synthesis related gene expression in each group of SHR were compared and analyzed.The results showed that compared with rapeseed oil,sheep tail oil could increase the levels of squalene synthase(SQS),total cholesterol(TC)in SHR serum,cholesterol side chain lyase,cytochrome P45017A,and relative expression levels of 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase genes.It indicated that sheep tail oil increased serum TC content by increasing the activity of key enzymes in cholesterol synthesis to provide precursor substances for testosterone synthesis,and promoted SHR testosterone synthesis by regulating the expression of testosterone synthesis related genes.
