摘 要:惯导系统性能对飞行器导航与制导精度具有至关重要的影响,为了准确评估惯导系统性能,提出了考虑数据可靠度置信规则库(BRB-CDR)的性能评估方法。根据惯导系统自身特点和置信规则库(BRB)模型原理,分析了惯导系统性能评估存在的4个问题。采用BRB模型应对样本有限与专家知识模糊的问题,并在BRB模型中融入数据可靠度,解决传统模型未考虑测量误差的问题;针对规则匹配度和激活权重推理过程与工程实践矛盾的问题,设计了新的规则匹配和规则激活原则。最后,分析了BRB-CDR模型对环境扰动的敏感性和使用条件。经实验验证,所提方法比BRB、BRB-r、BRB-i的评估精度分别提高了13.89%、9.16%、8.33%。结果表明BRB-CDR模型在惯导系统性能评估中具有更高的准确率。The performance of the inertial navigation system(INS) has a critical impact on the navigation and guidance accuracy of aircraft.In order to accurately evaluate the performance of the INS,a performance evaluation method based on the belief rule base considering data reliability(BRB-CDR) is proposed.According to the characteristics of the INS and the principle of the belief rule base(BRB) model,4 problems existing in the performance evaluation of the INS are analyzed.The BRB model is used to deal with the problems of fuzzy expert knowledge and limited samples,and the data reliability is introduced into the BRB model to solve the problem that traditional models do not consider the measurement errors.Aiming at the contradiction between the reasoning process of rule matching degree and activation weight and engineering practice,new rule matching and rule activation principles are designed.Finally,the sensitivity of BRB-CDR model to environment disturbance is analyzed,and the application conditions of BRB-CDR model are clarified.Experiment results show that the proposed method is 13.89%,9.16% and 8.33% higher than that of BRB,BRB-r and BRB-i,respectively.The results indicate that the BRB-CDR model has higher accuracy in the performance evaluation of the INS.
