纵向槽钢对隧道力学性能影响的计算方法

摘  要:为解决纵向槽钢模型试验成本高、周期长、效率低等问题,提出纵向槽钢作用下的盾构隧道力学性能计算方法。建立纵向槽钢作用下的应变-应力平衡方程并考虑盾构隧道管片间的接缝,从而推导出盾构隧道刚度和管片接缝张开量理论解。通过与隧道管片接缝张开量及等效抗弯刚度的经典理论计算结果进行对比,验证所提计算方法的可靠性,并进一步分析纵向槽钢数量、截面面积、弹性模量及隧道结构设计参数对隧道力学性能的影响。计算结果表明:纵向槽钢数量、截面面积、弹性模量与隧道等效抗弯刚度呈线性正比例,与管片接缝张开量呈线性反比例,且隧道结构本身的设计参数对隧道管片接缝张开量、等效刚度有显著的影响,应依据隧道结构本身设计参数选择合适的纵向槽钢加固方案。该计算方法可快速准确地评估纵向槽钢对盾构隧道的影响,可用于隧道加固工程。In order to address high costs,long cycles,and inefficiencies of longitudinal channel steel model tests,a calculation method for the mechanical properties of shield tunnels induced by longitudinal channel steel was proposed.With the stress-strain equilibrium equations involving the longitudinal channel steel being established based on the joints between shield tunnel segments,the theoretical solutions of the opening of tunnel segment joints and the equivalent bending stiffness with consideration of longitudinal channel steel were derived,respectively.The comparison between the theoretical results of the opening of tunnel segment joints and the classical bending stiffness validated the model and solutions.The influences of the number,cross-sectional area,elastic modulus of longitudinal channel steel and tunnel structural design parameters on the mechanical properties of tunnel were analyzed.The results show that the number,cross-sectional area and elastic modulus of the longitudinal channel steel are linearly proportional to the equivalent bending stiffness of the shield tunnel,and linearly inversely proportional to the opening of the tunnel segment joints.The design parameters of shield tunnel have significant influence on the equivalent bending stiffness of shield tunnel and the opening of tunnel segment joints.The optimal strengthening scheme of longitudinal channel steel should be selected according to the design parameters of shield tunnel structure.This calculation method can quickly and accurately evaluate the influence of longitudinal channel steel on shield tunnels,and can be used in tunnel reinforcement works.
