摘 要:针对配电线路单相触竹诱发山火的问题,提出一种考虑单相触竹故障特性的柔性补偿控制策略。首先,搭建10 kV真型试验平台分析单相触竹引燃过程,依据植被引燃时间和阻抗变化特性,确立补偿控制目标电压的有效值,并采用部分优化方法求解目标电压的最优相位,以解决柔性补偿中存在的空窗期问题;然后,提出一种基于牛顿迭代的补偿电流计算方法,无需精确的系统对地参数,结合调控过程中的零序电压和补偿电流,实现故障相补偿目标电压的精确控制;最后,通过仿真分析和试验验证表明所提方法可以有效防治单相触竹故障引燃事故。Aimed at the issue of forest fires caused by bamboo-contact single-phase-to-ground faults in power distribu-tion lines,a flexible compensation control strategy which takes into account the characteristics of such faults is pro-posed.First,a 10 kV prototype test platform was set up to analyze the ignition process under bamboo-contact single-phase-to-ground faults.Based on the ignition time of vegetation and the characteristics of impedance changes,the effec-tive value of the target voltage for compensation control was determined,and partial optimization methods were used to solve the optimal phase of the target voltage,so as to address the issue of“blank period”in flexible compensation.Then,a compensation current calculation method based on Newton iteration method was proposed,which does not re-quire precise system-to-ground parameters.By combining the zero-sequence voltage and compensation current during the regulation process,a precise control of the compensation target voltage in the fault phase was achieved.Finally,through simulation analysis and experimental verification,it was shown that the proposed method can effectively pre-vent and control the ignition accidents caused by bamboo-contact single-phase-to-ground faults.
