摘  要:随着我国LTCC技术的发展,逐步打破了国外此技术的长期垄断。基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术,以其高集成度、高频特性好、可靠性高等特点,设计研发及制备了一款高性能带通滤波器,带通滤波器采用电感与电容双重耦合机制,并融入半集中总结构设计,实现高效滤波功能。通过使用先进的电磁仿真技术与实验相结合的方法,对滤波器性能进行了精确预测和优化,经仿真和实验实测结果比较表明,基于LTCC的高性能带通滤波器在频率选择性、插入损耗、带外抑制等方面均表现出优异性能。With the development of LTCC technology in China,the long-term monopoly of this technology from abroad has been gradually broken.Based on low temperature co-fired ceramics(LTCC)technology,a high performance band-pass filter(BPF)with high integration,good high frequency characteristics and high reliability is designed,developed and prepared.The band-pass filter adopts the double coupling principle of inductive coupling and capacitive coupling,and adopts the semi-centralized total structure design.By using advanced electromagnetic simulation technology and experiment method,the performance of the filter is accurately predicted and optimized.The comparison of simulation and experimental results shows that the high-performance band-pass filter based on LTCC has excellent performance in the aspects of frequency selectivity,insertion loss and out-of-band suppression.
