摘 要:柠檬酸钾的吸湿性比较强且易结块,制粒过程中原料吸湿会导致柠檬酸钾原料含量不均匀,从而影响整体含量。为改善高含量柠檬酸钾的吸湿性,本研究采用湿法制粒,以柠檬酸钾、微晶纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na,800)为原料,制备一款具有低吸湿性、良好成型性的柠檬酸钾颗粒。首先以吸湿性低为基准进行原辅料的筛选,然后以区间颗粒收率(10~80目)为指标进行实验。实验结果表明,柠檬酸钾粉末在以微晶纤维素作为辅料,1%CMC-Na(800)作为黏合剂时,吸湿性得到了改善,且产品在10~80目区间内颗粒收率最高。本研究可为制备高含量低吸湿性柠檬酸钾颗粒工艺研发提供重要参考。Potassium citrate has strong hygroscopicity and is prone to clumping.During the granulation process,the moisture absorption of raw materials can cause uneven content of potassium citrate,thereby affecting the overall content.To improve the hygroscopicity of high content potassium citrate,this study used wet granulation to prepare potassium citrate granules with low moisture absorption and good formability,using potassium citrate,microcrystalline cellulose,and carboxymethyl cellulose sodium(CMC Na,800)as raw materials.Firstly,raw materials were selected based on low hygroscopicity as the benchmark,followed by experiments using the yield of granules within the particle size range of 10〜80 mesh as an indicator.The experimental results showed that potassium citrate powder had improved moisture absorption when using microcrystalline cellulose as an excipient,and 1%CMC Na(800)as a binder,and the product had the highest particle yield within the 10〜80 mesh range.This study provides important references for the development of a granulation process for high-content low-hygroscopic potassium citrate granules.
