摘 要:建立了针对食品添加剂碳酸钠中铅含量的原子吸收光谱法(石墨炉法)的不确定度评定方法,根据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》中的有关规定,按GB 5009.75-2014《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂中铅的测定》对食品添加剂碳酸钠中铅含量全程检测,确定了不确定度的来源:标准溶液配制、重复性试验、试样回收率、消解液定容、称样量、标准曲线拟合等。采用置信概率为95%,包含因子k=2,最终计算得到了扩展不确定度为0.00238 mg/kg。A method for evaluating the uncertainty of lead content in the food additive sodium carbonate by atomic absorption spectrometry(graphite furnace method)was established.According to the relevant provisions in JJF 1059.1-2012“Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty”,the lead content in sodium carbonate as a food additive was determined following GB 5009.75-2014“National Food Safety Standard for the Determination of Lead in Food Additives.”The sources of uncertainty were identified,including standard solution preparation,repeatability testing,sample recovery,digestion solution volume adjustment,sample mass,and standard curvefitting.A confidence probability of 95%was used,with a coverage factor k=2,resulting in an expanded uncertainty calculation of 0.00238 mg/kg.
