摘　　要：以全球可持续发展目标(SDGs)为纲,立足三江并流区域乡村的经济、社会、生态环境特点,构建乡村可持续发展评价指标体系;采用2011、2015、2020年3期多源数据对迪庆州26个乡村展开可持续发展水平测度并分析其时空变化。结果显示:(1)乡村综合可持续发展水平呈上升趋势,各乡镇的乡村可持续发展水平差距呈缩小态势;且形成了“北低南高”的空间分布格局;(2)乡村的经济、社会、生态环境可持续发展水平均呈上升趋势,经济可持续发展水平较高的区域集中在中部偏西与南部,社会可持续发展水平空间分布差异性较小,生态环境可持续发展水平也呈“北低南高”的空间分布特征;(3)结合可持续发展水平评价结果,将乡村分为优先、适度、保护发展区,并提出差异化的政策引导。研究结果可为三江并流区域乡村可持续发展研究提供参考。Based on the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs),and taking into account the economic,social,and ecological environment characteristics of rural areas in the Three Parallel Rivers region,an evaluation index system for rural sustainable development is constructed;Using multi-source data from 2011,2015,and 2020,the study measures the level of sustainable development among 26 villages in Diqing Prefecture and analyzes its temporal and spatial changes.The results show that:(1)the comprehensive sustainable development level of rural areas is on the rise,and the gap in rural sustainable development level among various townships is narrowing;And a spatial distribution pattern of‘lower in the north and higher in the south’has formed;(2)The sustainable development level of the economy,society,and ecological environment in rural areas is on the rise.Regions with higher levels of economic sustainable development are concentrated in the central,western,and southern regions.The spatial distribution of sustainable social development levels shows relatively little variability,and the spatial distribution characteristics of ecological sustainable development level are also‘lower in the north and higher in the south’;(3)Based on the evaluation results of sustainable development level,the villages are classified into priority,moderate,and protected development zones,and differentiated policy guidance is proposed.The research results can lay the foundation for the sustainable development of rural areas in the Three Parallel Rivers region.
