摘　　要：对小微科技企业而言,资金支持是基础、技术创新是核心、人才资源是关键、政府扶持是纽带。公共服务平台可以通过促进不同产业要素之间的流通与合作,形成一个共享的生态系统,从而纵深推进小微科技企业的孵化与提升。本文聚焦公共服务平台赋能小微企业这一主题,探究上海市小微型医疗企业的发展困境以及公共服务平台对小微企业的适配性。在调研小微企业的特征和需求的基础上,探究如何有效应对现实困境,实现资源利用率的提升、信息共享的强化,从而利用公共服务平台促进区域经济发展,为小微科技企业的健康稳定发展保驾护航。For small and micro-tech enterprises,financial support is fundamental,technological innovation is core,talent resources are key,and government support acts as a link.Public service platforms can promote the circulation and cooperation of different industrial elements,forming a shared ecosystem that deeply advances the incubation and enhancement of small and micro-tech enterprises.This paper focuses on the theme of public service platforms empowering small and micro enterprises,explores the development difficulties of small and micro-sized medical enterprises in Shanghai,and examines the adaptability of public service platforms to these enterprises.Based on surveys of the characteristics and needs of small and micro enterprises,the paper investigates how to effectively address practical challenges,enhance resource utilization rates,strengthen information sharing,and leverage public service platforms to promote regional economic development,thereby safeguarding the healthy and stable growth of small and micro-tech enterprises.
