摘 要:随着工业化进程对污水处理厂节能降耗趋势及智能化提升的需求,曝气系统作为能耗较高单元存在手动调节滞后、劳动强度大等难题。通过在2万m~3/d的污水处理厂进行智能曝气工程示范,构建控制系统及调试运行,可稳定DO在设定水平,同时达到能耗降低10%目标。前馈与反馈结合的智能控制系统可以在关键仪表、控制算法上进一步迭代,控制设备鼓风机及电动阀门的选型对系统的稳定性提供保障,为进一步推广积累经验。The demand for energy saving and consumption reduction trend and intelligent im-provement of sewage plants with the industrialization process,aeration system as a high energy con-sumption unit,there are some difficult problems such as manual adjustment lag and high labor in-tensity.Through the demonstration of intelligent aeration engineering at a 20000 m^(3)/d wastewater plant,build control system and debug operation,this system can stabilize the DO at the set level,while achieving the goal of reducing energy consumption by 10%.The intelligent control system combined with feedforward and feedback can be further iterated on key instruments and control algorithms,and the selection of blower and electric valve of control equipment can guarantee the stability of the system and accumulate experience for further promotion.
