摘  要:目的:通过数字化模型评估恒牙早期安氏Ⅰ类与Ⅱ类错(牙合)患者牙弓形态,量化并比较该两类错(牙合)畸形患者在牙弓宽度、腭穹隆高度以及下颌基骨弓宽度方面的差别。方法:选取2023年6月~12月期间就诊于厦门医学院附属口腔医院的安氏Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类患者各50例,获取数字化模型对上述患者的牙弓前、中、后段宽度,腭穹隆高度及下颌基骨弓宽度进行精确测量与对比分析。结果:与安氏Ⅰ类患者相比,安氏Ⅱ类患者的上下颌牙弓宽度减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安氏Ⅱ类患者的下颌基骨弓宽度也较安氏Ⅰ类患者小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者腭穹隆高度无显著性差异。结论:安氏Ⅱ类患者的上下颌牙弓宽度以及下颌基骨弓宽度较安氏Ⅰ类患者小。提示在安氏Ⅱ类恒牙早期患者的矫治过程中,应特别关注牙弓宽度与基骨弓宽度之间的协调以及上下颌牙弓宽度的匹配。Objective:To evaluate the dental arch morphology of patients with Class I and Class II malocclusion in the early stage of permanent dentition by digital model, to compare the differences in dental arch width, palatal vault height and mandibular basal arch width between these two types of malocclusion.Methods:From June to December 2023,50 patients with Class I and 50 patients with Class II were selected from the Stomatological Hospital of Xiamen Medical College.The width of the anterior, middle and posterior segments of the dental arch, the palatal vault height and the width of the mandibular base arch were measured using a digital model.Results:The upper and lower dental arch widths were significantly reduced in the Class II patients compared with Class I patients, and this difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition, the mandible basal bone widths of Class II patients were smaller than that of Class I patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However, the difference in the palate height between the two groups was not significant in statistics.Conclusion:Angle Class II patients have narrower maxillary and mandibular dental arches and mandibular basal arch widths compared to Angle Class I patients.This suggests that in the early treatment of permanent teeth in Angle Class II patients, special attention should be paid to the coordination between the dental arch width and the basal arch width, as well as the matching of the maxillary and mandibular dental arch widths.
