摘  要:运用脲解型微生物对劣化的岩土环境进行修复,具备显著的环境友好特性。在特殊的岩土环境条件影响下,脲解型微生物于增殖能力、脲酶活性、产物晶型以及矿化质量等诸多方面,呈现出别具一格的矿化响应特征。鉴于此,本文以矿化机理为依据,对特殊岩土环境与脲解型微生物矿化响应之间相互作用的最新研究进展进行了系统总结,并深入探讨了特殊环境因素对微生物矿化过程产生影响的具体机制。在此基础之上,对特殊环境中微生物矿化的潜在应用前景进行了展望。同时指出,当前该领域的研究在机理探究、优化调控以及生态影响评估等方面,仍存在一定程度的不足。期望本文能够为进一步探索特殊岩土环境下微生物矿化的未知领域提供有益的参考。Using ureolytic microorganisms to remediate the degraded geotechnical environment is characterized by remarkable environmental friendliness.Under the influence of special geotechnical environmental condi-tions,ureolytic microorganisms exhibit unique mineralization response characteristics in terms of proliferation ability,urease activity,product crystal form,and mineralization quality.In view of this,based on the mineral-ization mechanism,this paper systematically summarizes the latest research progress on the interaction between special geotechnical environments and the mineralization response of ureolytic microorganisms,and deeply ex-plores the specific mechanisms by which special environmental factors affect the microbial mineralization pro-cess.On this basis,the potential application prospects of microbial mineralization in special environments are prospected.At the same time,it is pointed out that there are still certain deficiencies in the current research in this field,such as mechanism exploration,optimization and regulation,and ecological impact assessment.It is hoped that this paper can provide useful reference for further exploration of the unknown areas of microbial min-eralization in special geotechnical environments.
