摘　　要：“漳州110”先进事迹蕴含着“听党指挥、永葆忠诚”的政治品格,“不忘初心、担当奉献”的为民情怀,“改革创新、锐意进取”的开拓精神,“铁规律己、严管队伍”的过硬作风等深刻内涵,具有塑育品德修养、砥砺团结奋斗精神、增强综合素质等育人价值。要建立健全机制、创新方式方法、注重社会实践,实现“漳州110”先进事迹育人价值的有效转化。The exemplary deeds of“Zhangzhou 110”embody profound connotations,including the political character of“following the Party’s command and maintaining loyalty”,the sentiment of“remaining true to the original aspiration and shouldering the responsibility for the people”,the pioneering spirit of“reform,innovation,and enterprise,”and the excellent style of“strict self-discipline and strict management of the team.”These deeds hold significant educational value in cultivating moral character,strengthening the spirit of unity and striving,and enhancing comprehensive quality.To effectively transform the educational values of the exemplary deedsof“Zhangzhou 110”,it is essential to establish and improve mechanisms,innovate methods,and focus on social practice.
