摘 要:近年来,数字经济蓬勃发展,中国商业智能市场规模持续增长。人工智能模型借助对海量数据的迭代模仿,能够持续参照母体模板提升自身性能与准确性。人工智能技术的快速发展对商业模式的创新发挥了重要作用,它不仅创新了商业模式的服务体验,还助力构建智能商业平台,连接多方资源及社会参与者,形成系统性的商业生态链。受人工智能影响,商业模式可在关键资源、客户关系、合作伙伴、成本结构等方面实现优化,以此提升客户体验、优化运营效率、推动产业结构转型升级。然而,人工智能对商业模式创新并非只有积极且可持续的影响,也为商业模式带来了新的挑战。基于此,本文运用理论分析与案例分析相结合的研究方法,从发展现状、潜在风险及应对策略等维度出发,详细梳理了人工智能时代商业模式的发展现状与未来趋势,旨在为该领域的研究提供理论支持及案例参考。In recent years,the digital economy has experienced rapid growth,and the scale of China's business intelligence market has continued to expand.Leveraging massive datasets,artifi cial intelligence(AI)models continuously enhance their performance and accuracy through iterative learning based on original templates.The swift development of AI has played a crucial role in driving innovation in business models.It has not only transformed service experiences but also facilitated the construction of intelligent business platforms,connecting multiple resources and stakeholders to form a systematic business ecosystem.AI enables business models to optimize key resources,customer relationships,partnerships,and cost structures,thereby improving customer experience,operational effi ciency,and driving industrial transformation and upgrading.However,the influence of AI on business model innovation is not solely positive and sustainable—it also introduces new challenges.This paper employs a combination of theoretical and case analysis to explore the current development,potential risks,and coping strategies of business models in the era of AI,aiming to provide theoretical support and case references for future research in this fi eld.
