摘  要:在新时代背景下,林业职业本科教育面临转型升级的需求,创新人才培养成为林业教育改革的核心任务。本文以甘肃林业职业技术大学为例,围绕林业职业本科教育的需求导向,探讨了创新人才培养的重要性和必要性,提出了以“立德树人”为主,理论与实践相结合的教学模式,强化了实践教学环节,并强调了创新能力和综合素质的培养,有效提升学生的专业技能和就业竞争力,培养生态环境建设和林业行业转型升级亟需的德智体美劳“五育并举”的高层次技术技能应用型人才。Forestry vocational undergraduate education is faced with the need of transformation and upgrading.Training innovative talents has become the core task of forestry education reform.Based on the demand-oriented of forestry vocational undergraduate education,this paper probes into the importance and necessity of cultivating innovative talents,and puts forward a teaching mode of“Building morality and cultivating talents”,which combines theory with practice,it has strengthened the practice teaching link,and emphasized the training of the innovation ability and the comprehensive quality,and effectively promoted the students'professional skills and the employment competitiveness,to cultivate the high-level technical and technical applied talents who are needed for the construction of ecological environment and the transformation and upgrading of forestry industry.
