摘 要:探讨了采煤机器人技术在自动化采煤中的关键技术进展与应用。分析了采煤机器人技术的发展,包括掘进、采煤、运输、安控和救援等机器人的研发与应用,强调了智能化技术对提升煤矿作业安全性与生产效率的贡献。最后,介绍了SLAM(Simultaneous Localization and Mapping,即时定位与地图构建)定位导航、超前感知等智能传感技术在提高机器人的自主性和操作效率,进而优化自动化采矿流程方面的优势。这些技术的应用为煤矿安全生产和自动化提供了强有力的技术支撑。The key technological advancements and applications of coal mining robot technology in automated coal mining were discussed.The development of coal mining robots was analyzed,including the research,development,and application of excavation,mining,transportation,safety monitoring and rescue robots,highlighting the contribution of intelligent technologies in enhancing both safety and productivity in coal mining operations.Finally,it introduced the advantages of intelligent sensing technologies such as SLAM(Simultaneous Localization and Mapping)navigation and advanced perception in improving robotic autonomy and operational efficiency,thereby optimizing automated mining processes.The application of these technologies provides robust technical support for coal mine safety and automation.
