摘  要:综采工作面液压缸作为煤矿开采的关键设备,其精准推移控制对于提高工作面安全性和生产效率起到重要作用。传统液压缸控制系统存在精度低、抗干扰能力弱等问题,难以满足现代智能化矿山建设需求,针对此问题提出了一种智能化综采工作面液压缸精准推移控制方法。建立了液压缸精准推移控制系统模型,并通过仿真分析了系统参数对控制性能的影响,设计了基于模糊神经网络的智能控制算法,并将其应用于液压缸精准推移控制系统,最后通过试验验证了该算法的有效性,表明该算法的应用能够有效提高液压缸的控制精度和抗干扰能力,为智能化综采工作面的安全高效运行提供了有力保障。The hydraulic cylinder in a fully mechanized mining face,as a critical piece of equipment in coal mining,plays a significant role in enhancing the safety and production efficiency of the mining face through its precise push control.Traditional hydraulic cylinder control systems suffer from issues such as low precision and weak anti-interference capabilities,making it difficult to meet the demands of modern intelligent mine construction.To address this,a precise propulsion control method for hydraulic cylinders in intelligent fully mechanized mining faces was proposed.A model for the precise propulsion control system of hydraulic cylinders was established,the impact of system parameters on control performance was analyzed through simulation,and a fuzzy neural network control algorithm was designed and applied to the hydraulic cylinder propulsion control system.Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm was verified through experiments,demonstrating that its application can significantly enhance the control precision and anti-interference capability of hydraulic cylinders,providing strong support for the safe and efficient operation of intelligent fully mechanized mining faces.
