摘 要:针对大坡度架空乘人装置布置特点,以山西A矿井下布置的1^(#)、2^(#)架空乘人装置为研究对象,分析了架空乘人装置运行安全风险并针对性给出安全防护技术方案。大坡度架空乘人装置运行期间主要存在人工控制及监控能力薄弱、制动系统及钢丝绳脱(掉)绳等安全风险,从构建自动化控制系统、改进制动装置及制定钢丝绳脱(掉)绳控制对策等方面出发构建安全防护技术方案。现场应用后,可在一定程度上提升大坡度架空乘人装置运行安全保障能力,有助于提升矿井辅助运输可靠性及安全性。Focusing on the layout characteristics of steep inclined overhead passenger devices,taking 1^(#)and 2^(#)overhead passenger devices installed in the underground of A Mine in Shanxi as the research objects,the safety risks during the operation of these devices were analyzed,and a targeted safety protection technical solution was proposed.The main safety risks during the operation of steep inclined overhead passenger devices include weak manual control and monitoring capabilities,brake system failures,and wire rope detachment or slippage.The safety protection technical solution was developed by constructing an automated control system,improving braking devices,and establishing control measures for wire rope detachment or slippage.After on-site application,the safety assurance capability of the steep inclined overhead passenger devices was significantly enhanced,contributing to the reliability and safety of mine auxiliary transportation.
