摘　　要：在全球化背景下,跨国工程项目的属地化管理已成为提升项目执行效率和适应性的关键环节。本文研究了属地化管理在工程项目中的应用,探讨了属地化管理在勘察、设计和施工各阶段的有效实施路径,介绍了属地化管理的定义与其在工程项目中的必要性,分析了属地化管理在工程项目勘察和设计阶段中的地质条件、气候水文影响及技术标准适应性问题,论述了施工阶段本地化资源利用及环境管理的具体措施,对属地化管理效果进行了分析,提出了优化建议。本文旨在为工程项目管理中的属地化管理提供理论支持和实践参考,从而提升工程项目在属地环境中的适应性与执行效率。In the context of globalization,localized management of cross-border engineering projects has become a key link in improving project execution efficiency and adaptability.This article studies the application of localization management in engineering projects,explores the effective implementation path of localization management in the survey,design,and construction stages,introduces the definition of localization management and its necessity in engineering projects,analyzes the geological conditions,climate and hydrological impacts,and technical standard adaptability issues of localization management in the survey and design stages of engineering projects,discusses specific measures for local resource utilization and environmental management in the construction stage,analyzes the effectiveness of localization management,and proposes optimization suggestions.This article aims to provide theoretical support and practical reference for localized management in engineering project management,thereby enhancing the adaptability and execution efficiency of engineering projects in the local environment.
