摘  要:为研究钢纤维和玄武岩纤维配比对树脂基摩擦材料力学性能及摩擦磨损性能的影响,以腰果壳油改性酚醛树脂,丁腈橡胶为基体,以总质量分数为30%的钢纤维、玄武岩纤维作为增强纤维,2.5%为梯度分别调节钢纤维、玄武岩纤维作为增强纤维,通过添加摩擦性能调节剂并采用热压法制备样品并测试。结果表明,当钢纤维含量为5%~15%时,随着钢纤维含量的增加,摩擦材料的压缩强度及冲击强度逐渐增大,最大值分别为26.98 MPa和4.69 kJ/m^(2);实验摩擦材料的密度变化在2.179~2.322 g/cm^(3)之间;同时,试样N1与试样N6的硬度值低于90 HRR满足应用要求;当钢纤维与玄武岩纤维质量比为1∶1时,2种增强纤维产生的耦合效应最佳,摩擦因数为0.45~0.51,磨耗量约为0.01252 cm^(3)/MJ;实验摩擦材料的磨损形式以热磨损和磨粒磨损为主。To explore the effect of different content ratios of steel fibres and basalt fibres on the mechanical properties and friction wear properties of resin-based friction materials,cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic resin was used as as the matrix,supplemented by nitrile rubber.Steel fibres and basalt fibres with a total weight fraction of 30%were worked as reinforcement fibres,and the content of steel fibre content was increased and the content of basalt fibres was decreased through a gradient of 2.5%respectively.Friction performance modifiers were added and then samples were prepared by hot pressing method.the results showed that when the content of steel fibre varied from 5%to 15%,the compression strength and impact strength of the friction material gradually increase with a increase in the content of steel fibres,and the maximum value was 26.98 MPa and 4.69 kJ/m^(2),respectively.The change of the density of friction materials was somewhere between 2.179~2.322 g/cm^(3).The hardness value of sample N1 and sample N6 was lower than 90 HRR and met the application requirements.An optimal coupling effect between the two reinforcement fibers was obtained at a total fiber mass frication of 30%and a mass ratio of basalt fiber to steel fiber of 1∶1.The friction coefficient of the friction materials was between 0.45 and 0.51,and the abrasion was about 0.01252 cm^(3)/MJ.The wear test results indicated that the wear form of experimental friction materials was mainly thermal wear and grinding grain wear.
