摘  要:[目的]明确增加低温变黄时间对云烟87中、上部烟叶质量的影响。[方法]以云烟87中、上部烟叶为材料,研究改进烘烤工艺(变黄前期36℃稳温6 h)对中、上部烟叶外观质量、化学成分和感官质量的影响。[结果]改进烘烤工艺对中部烟叶外观质量及感官评吸质量有明显的提升作用,而上部烟叶外观质量、化学成分和感官评吸质量则表现为常规烘烤工艺(直接升至38℃稳温变黄)较好。[结论]增加低温变黄时间(变黄前期36℃稳温6 h)有利于提升南平烟区云烟87中部烟叶外观质量和感官评吸质量,上部烟叶则以常规烘烤工艺质量较好。[Objective]To study the effects of increasing yellowing time of low temperature on the quality of middle and upper tobacco leaves.[Method]Based on the middle and upper tobacco leaves of Yunyan 87 as the material,the effects of improving flue-curing process(36℃for 6 h in the early stage of yellowing)on the appearance quality,chemical composition and smoking quality of the middle and upper tobacco leaves were studied.[Result]The results showed that the improvement of flue-curing process has a significant improvement on appearance quality and smoking quality of the middle leaves,while the appearance quality,chemical composition and smoking quality of the upper tobacco leaves are manifested as conventional flue-curing processes(directly rising to 38℃stable temperature and yellowing)better.[Conclusion]Increasing low temperature yellowing time of Yunyan 87 in Nanping tobacco area(36℃for 6 h in the early stage of yellowing)is conducive to improving the appearance quality and smoking quality of middle leaves,the quality of upper tobacco leaves is better with conventional flue-curing process.
