摘　　要：高素质规模经营主体培育能够为全面推进农业高质量发展,加快农业农村现代化,实施乡村振兴战略,推进城乡居民共同富裕提供人才保障。采用2016—2022年湖北省农民培育数据,总结了培育经验,提出了关键问题与未来发展思路。研究得出:培育对象以男性为主,女性参与职业培训数量逐年提升;年龄偏大,学历普遍偏低,但显现出了“年轻化、高学历”的新气象,培训对象由“单一化”主体向“多元化”主体转变。培训项目专业化程度高,带动农民增收效果显著,但也存在培训对象需求多样化,培训师资兼业化,培训规模大,精准性差,培训项目资金来源单一等问题。基于此,未来需要开展分层分类培育项目,提升培训课程内容的精准性,需要建立专业化的导师队伍,推动小而精的小班教学模式,拓宽培育项目融资渠道,加大资金投入,提升培育效果。The cultivation of high-quality scale management entities can provide talent support for comprehensively promoting high-quality agricultural development,accelerating agricultural and rural modernization,implementing rural revitalization strategies,and promoting common prosperity for urban and rural residents.The research shows that the cultivation targets are mainly males,and the number of females participating in vocational training is increasing year by year;older individuals generally have lower education levels,but a new trend of“youthfulness and higher education”has emerged,with training targets shifting from a“single”subject to a“diversified”subject.The degree of specialization in training programs is high,and the effect of increasing farmers’income is significant.However,there are also problems such as diversified demand for training objects,part-time training teachers,large training scale and poor accuracy,and a single source of funding for training programs.Based on this,in the future,it is necessary to carry out hierarchical and classified cultivation projects,improve the accuracy of training course content,establish a professional mentor team,promote small but refined small class teaching models,broaden financing channels for cultivation projects,and strengthen capital investment to enhance cultivation effectiveness.
