摘  要:目的:分析公立医院学科建设发展阶段特征,提出优化学科建设的财政补偿策略。方法:运用组织生命周期理论划分学科各发展阶段,剖析公立医院学科发展规律与发展资源需求。结果:将学科发展阶段划分为生成期、成长期、成熟期和蜕变期。生成期探索发展,保障学科基本运转;成长期规模发展,完善学科人才梯队建设;成熟期融合发展,推进多学科联合诊疗;蜕变期分化发展,保持学科领先地位。结论:公立医院应建立基于区域发展需求与学科发展规律的动态精准财政补偿策略。Objective:To analyze the characteristics of the development stages of discipline construction in public hospitals and propose financial compensation strategies for optimizing discipline construction.Method:Using the organizational life cycle theory to divide the development stages of disciplines,analyze the development laws and resource demands of disciplines in public hospitals.Result:The development stages of disciplines are divided into generation stage,growth stage,maturity stage,and transformation stage.Exploring and developing during the generation period to ensure the basic operation of the discipline;Developing the scale of the growth period and improving the construction of the disciplinary talent pool;Mature stage integrated development,promoting interdisciplinary joint diagnosis and treatment;Differentiation and development during the transformation period,maintaining a leading position in the discipline.Conclusion:Public hospitals should establish dynamic and precise financial compensation strategies based on regional development needs and disciplinary development laws.
