摘　　要：在公立医院高质量发展背景下,对医院档案管理提出了新要求,带来了新机遇。笔者从环境嵌入、结构嵌入、政治嵌入、认知嵌入、制度嵌入、文化嵌入和数智嵌入等层面,论述嵌入性理论视角下医院档案管理的实现路径和实践经验,以期为各公立医院的档案管理实践与创新带来启示,为各医院档案管理提供具有可行性的思路与参考。In the context of high-quality development of public hospitals,new requirements and opportunities have emerged for hospital archives management.This paper discusses the implementation paths and practical experiences of hospital archives management from the perspectives of environmental,structural,political,cognitive,institutional,cultural,and intelligent embeddedness.It aims to provide inspiration for the practice and innovation of archives management in public hospitals,offering feasible ideas and references.
